Skills required: Experience in genetics/genomics/medical sciences is a plus but not a must. Experience working with leadership at Singapore government organisations is a plus. Experience building and navigating complex, data-heavy product suites. Exceptional English communication skills to thrive as the bridge between customers and team. Mandarin is a plus but not required.
Experience: 1+ years experience creating complex workflows/pipelines with many processes to analyse large-scale NGS data (i.e. > 10,000 genomes) with Nextflow. Or 2+ years experience working with Python library or R package development. Or extensive expertise in building Open Source Tools/Frameworks.
Skills required: Skilled in building and understanding bioinformatics pipelines and monitoring. Provide upgrades, patches and maintenance of pipelines. Provide professional bioinformatics customer support assistance.
