What got Charlotte started

Charlotte began her career in recruitment at just 18, accepting a job offer on the same day she received her A-level results. She initially deferred her university place for a year to see how she enjoyed the role, and quickly realised she wanted to continue working. After three years in her first recruitment position, she joined Accountancy Action, where she has now spent 16 years, progressing into her current role.
