What got Gayatri started

Gayatri actually set out to be a criminal profiler. During her studies she ran a hospitality group which gave her hands-on experience running businesses. From there, she developed a passion for customer experience, making businesses commercial, and utilising online systems and processes.

Gayatri is excellent at:
  • Understanding who your customer is and creating avenues, systems and process to reach them digitally
  • Attracting, retaining and developing customers for your business
  • Looking at how you engage with your prospects and customers to ensure you maximise your profitability
About Gayatri

Her background is in digital marketing, client experience, and community building. In previous roles she’s headed up marketing achieving year on year growth and retention, worked with large clients to implement digital processes and technology, and developed integrated digital strategies.

Gayatri is also an experienced facilitator and advisor both nationally and internationally. Over recent years she has been contracted to provide educational content for different companies to help engage their data base. This includes the Sage US and Canada Accountants webinars 2018-2020, Sage US and Canada small business webinars in 2019.

She’s inspired by

Her Mum and her Nana. Her Mum – from running away from an arranged marriage in India to move to the other side of the world (New Zealand) and marry her Dad, to being able to fix anything with a great curry. In 2017, her Mum was appointed as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for her financial literacy and interfaith relations services. Her Mum’s always excelled in her career, achieving many firsts for Indian women in New Zealand, all while being an incredible mother.

Her Nana for her incredible strength. From being widowed young and raising three children on her own, to beating cancer multiple times, to always trying something new (she learnt to use a computer at 80 to write her memoirs).
