She ‘fell’ into the insurance industry when needing a job closer to home. Jess finds the sector both challenging and hugely enjoyable. She says it is always evolving and each client presents a unique risk which she enjoys unpicking and tailoring the advice around them, She says no one size fits all.
Jess began to work for a company as a Client Manager and would assist with running marketing campaigns. Most of the businesses were in the tech space and their work would create lead generation, along with product training. Realising that she thrived in building relationships, Jess moved into insurance.
She started off by working in personal lines insurance and went on to head up a small team. Jess has worked within corporate insurance since 2017 and has built up her knowledge by learning from her peers and continuing to follow new trends within the industry.
Jess can offer advice to SMEs, Commercial and Corporate clients, ranging from small tech start-ups to retail/hospitality, right the way up to financial institutions. Jess continuously works hard to build and maintain strong relationships with the insurers to ensure they have access to the best markets which meets her clients needs.
