What got Verity started

After graduating from university, Verity spent two years travelling before returning to seek work. She visited a local recruitment office where she was introduced to recruitment as a career for graduates. This chance encounter became a turning point. Verity spent four years in recruitment, during which she met Mark Kirsch, with whom she later worked closely. This experience set the course for her professional journey.
