What got Jyoti started

After studying HR and Business Studies at Middlesex University, Jyoti began her career at Sainsbury’s as an Assistant Personnel and Training Manager. In this role, she was responsible for the site’s day-to-day HR operations and resolving any issues that arose.

Here, Jyoti’s passion for HR truly took root, leading to a promotion to HR Manager. From there, her career in HR continued to thrive.
