What got Justin started

Justin’s journey into accounting was heavily influenced by his Dad, who worked in the profession and completed a CIMA qualification himself. Seeing the opportunities and stability that accounting provided inspired Justin to follow a similar path and build a career where he could combine analytical thinking with strong client relationships. Alongside enjoying the technical side of finance, Justin quickly discovered that he also valued the communication aspect of the role, helping business owners better understand their finances and feel more confident in their decision making.

One of Justin’s proudest achievements was helping a business owner improve their financial records and gain a much clearer understanding of their accounts. Through regular communication and straightforward reporting, he helped the client feel more confident in managing the business and making important financial decisions. Justin is passionate about continuing to develop his technical expertise while supporting clients in practical and meaningful ways.
