What got Dan started

After completing a degree in Mathematics, he knew he didn’t want to pursue a maths-related career. Instead, he applied for a variety of roles and accepted an opportunity in recruitment. Twenty-five years later, he’s still thriving in the profession, having built a wealth of experience and long-standing industry relationships.

About Dan

Dan began his recruitment career specialising in temporary placements. He was invited to join Accountancy Action and set up the company’s first temporary recruitment division, a function they hadn’t offered before. After successfully running this for three years, Dan went on to open the company’s Stevenage office, introducing their services to a new region. For the past decade, he has specialised exclusively in permanent placements, drawing on his broad experience across different markets and recruitment models.
