What got Claudia started

Claudia’s career in recruitment has been driven by two things that have always come naturally to her: curiosity and connecting with people. She enjoys understanding what motivates individuals, learning about different businesses and solving hiring challenges by bringing the right people together. Those qualities quickly led her into recruitment, where she found a career that combines relationship building, research and problem-solving every day.

Claudia specialises in supporting businesses with strategic hiring across the UK and international markets. Her work focuses on delivering high-quality shortlists through proactive headhunting, detailed talent mapping and targeted market research, helping clients strengthen their delivery, commercial and specialist technical teams. Working closely alongside her colleagues Cassie and Lucie, she takes a collaborative approach to solving recruitment challenges and delivering outstanding results.

One achievement she is particularly proud of was helping a billion-dollar technology company secure a critical hire after they had spent months searching unsuccessfully. By combining market insight, persistence and a tailored search strategy, Claudia was able to identify the right candidate and deliver a successful outcome. She is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding each client’s unique needs and helping businesses grow through exceptional talent.
