Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders is essential, with experience in manufacturing, industrial environments, greenfield or low-maturity data environments and large-scale unstructured data desirable.
Skills required: Strong Python and Spark/PySpark skills, with the ability to design and deliver production-grade Data & AI solutions across the Databricks ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be confident making technical decisions, challenging assumptions, working with ambiguity and operating with a high degree of autonomy. Experience: Around five years’ experience in consulting, digital services or professional services sales within the UK public sector, with a proven track record of supporting or selling consultancy-led engagements and experience working with NHS England, DHSC, NHS organisations or similar public sector bodies.
