Position Overview


We are looking for an experienced Media Planning & Audience Insights Manager, with particular expertise in social media, to shape and execute data-led strategies for clients, including L’Oréal. This role combines audience profiling, campaign planning, media measurement, and AI-powered insights to drive high-impact work. You will be instrumental in leveraging new tools and methods to stay ahead of trends and inform both planning and performance across paid and earned channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across social and search platforms, overseeing audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and performance tracking

  • Use media analytics tools to monitor campaign results, generate detailed reports, and deliver insights that support continuous optimisation

  • Produce post-campaign evaluations and strategic recommendations that inform future planning

  • Conduct audience profiling and segmentation using tools such as Nielsen, Meltwater, Google Trends, and platform-specific data

  • Apply AI tools such as o3 and Deep Research to enhance data analysis, validate findings, and extract actionable insights

  • Map media consumption habits to inform both earned and paid media strategy and channel planning

  • Collaborate with account teams to develop structured, insight-led case studies showcasing campaign impact

  • Contribute to agency website content updates to reflect evolving media strategies and insights

  • Support research and planning for client campaigns and new business proposals using a blend of traditional and AI-driven approaches

Capabilities Required

  • Solid experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly across social and search platforms

  • Strong knowledge of analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics and social platform dashboards

  • Proficiency in audience research and media planning, with hands-on experience using Nielsen, Meltwater, and other insight tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as o3 and Deep Research for data validation, trend spotting, and insight generation

  • Ability to interpret post-campaign results and deliver meaningful strategic recommendations

  • Confident working across both paid and earned media, with an understanding of how to optimise across channels

  • Experience supporting website content and applying research tools to support broader media strategies
