Factotum has acquired Media Bounty, the B Corp integrated advertising agency, and BIG little LDN, the strategic marketing and PR agency. This double deal strengthens its integrated marketing offering.
As a condition of the acquisitions, all teams across Factotum are now legally bound not to work with clients in fossil fuels, weapons, gambling, pesticides, or pornography. This extends Media Bounty’s long-held ethical positioning across the wider business.
Founded in 2020, Factotum brings together specialist expertise across marketing, recruitment, HR, finance, accounting, payroll, and IT. It provides execution across multiple disciplines through a single point of contact. Jake Dubbins, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Media Bounty, will lead the marketing division. He’s supported by Beverley Kaye, former CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Rowland, in her role as Chief Client Officer.
Bobby Lane, CEO of Factotum, comments: “Factotum’s worked closely with Media Bounty and BIG little LDN over a number of years. These were strategic acquisitions that allow us to go deeper into the marketing vertical while bringing together teams that already shared strong alignment in standards, ambition, and culture.
“We’ve always been an ethical business and both agencies bring additional commitments that strengthen what we already stood for. The binding sector exclusions now adopted across Factotum are a declaration of intent.”
Jake Dubbins, Co-Founder of Media Bounty, comments: “Most businesses talk about values. Factotum’s embedded them as legal commitments, which is why this acquisition made sense for us. It’s a business that’s serious about who it works with and the standards it wants to uphold.
“Joining alongside BIG little LDN gives clients access to a broader, more integrated set of capabilities, without compromising on the principles and approach that have always defined Media Bounty.”
Emma Critchley-Lloyd, Founder of BIG little LDN, comments: “BIG little LDN was built on the belief that sharp strategy and exceptional delivery shouldn’t be reserved for the few. We’ve always been drawn to founders building substance and purpose-led brands, so Factotum’s commitment to working with clients aligned to those values is something I’m genuinely proud to be part of.
“Joining Factotum alongside Media Bounty means our clients now benefit from a much broader depth of expertise, while continuing to receive the hands-on, senior-led approach that’s always defined us.”
